As a growing scale-up, we are expanding our team and nurturing our culture. Our IT Team needs your expertise to support systems and employees, enabling sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support to our 300+ employees globally, resolving computer hardware/software issues using our IT Service Management (FreshService), and providing in person support at our Copenhagen office.
Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware and software provisioning through our Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, Mosyle.
Contribute to projects that enhance and automate support processes, aligning with our data-driven People Experience goals.
Work 15 hours per week onsite at our Copenhagen office

Qualifications

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should:

Have experience working in an internal help desk or relevant customer service role
Be proficient in managing and troubleshooting MacOS and Google Workspace environments
Approach challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and enthusiasm for learning
Demonstrate a keen interest in IT and exploring innovative solutions with curiosity and resourcefulness
