The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is highly structured and organized, excels at creating intuitive wireframes and prototypes, and is eager to bring their design skills to the next level while working in a multi-disciplinary team that bridges Design, Product Management, Sales, and Front-End Development.


Key Responsibilities

As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will:

  • play a key role in shaping the future of our software platform;

  • interact on a weekly basis with a cross-functional team where your opinion matters;

  • be involved in the entire design lifecycle, iterating on designs based on feedback from various stakeholders;

  • be responsible for translating user needs into low-fidelity, high-fidelity, and interactive prototypes;

  • work on real-world projects and ensure that our platform is easy and pleasurable to use;

  • have an opportunity to conceptualize and envision UI/UX revamps of legacy applications;

  • enhance your skills by handling technical constraints and business requirements;

  • address occasional company's non-UI-related design needs - e.g. report layouts;


Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Danish or other languages are a plus).

  • Strong interest in design, software interfaces and usability.

  • Committed to structure and document all the processes you own.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and towards the common goal to make a small company succeeding.

  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence.

  • Ability to deliver in time and meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.

  • Some degree of knowledge of one or more of these applications: Figma, Adobe Creative suite, Jira, Confluence, Office, Google Suite.

  • The candidate must reside within commutable distance from our Copenhagen’s office – no remote, no relocation.

  • The candidate should be available to work between Monday and Friday in the standard office working hours. The office is closed in the evenings, nights and weekends.

  • A portfolio showing some of your design projects or some kind of prototyping activity.
