A Digital Project Manager will be responsible to run our projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. This includes working with ecommerce consultants, designers, and developers to ensure projects run smoothly. You must be able to manage resources and effectively communicate project updates to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You are structured, have an eye for detail and thrive with many projects and tasks simultaneously

• Have experience in planning, running, implementing and following up on projects

• Have strong communication skills, both orally and in writing

• Have experience with stakeholder management across the organisation

• Are empathetic and have a "can-do" attitude

• Language skills required for this position: Danish speaking, as well as English at a high level (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Work with account managers to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.

• Manage the day-to-day on projects, while ensuring they adhere to project plans, timelines and are delivered within budget.

• Provide support to the team by giving recommendations and feedback based on project requirements and overall client guidelines.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure that projects meet client expectations and agency standards.

• Manage resource utilization and optimize team performance to ensure project success.

• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
