PWN Copenhagen is a dynamic network that fosters professional development and creates a vibrant community. We are seeking a passionate and skilled VP of Entrepreneurship who will join the Board. Please note, this is a voluntary position and you will need to join this organization as a premium member before starting in this position.

VP Entrepreneurship Role Summary:

The VP of Entrepreneurship is responsible for developing, shaping and managing our Entrepreneurship strategy. In this leadership role, you will ensure that our members have access to impactful events, programs, and tools to support and empower aspiring entrepreneurs, including new founders and small business owners. The events and programs may be offered directly through PWN or in partnership with relevant organizations that align with our goals and values. The VP of Entrepreneurship will be a driving force behind creating a thriving entrepreneurial community, enhancing member engagement, and ensuring that our members have the tools and support needed to launch, grow, and sustain their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit partners with relevant content and programs and make them visible and accessible to our members

• Engage with the members and community and tailor events to their entrepreneurial needs

• Act as a central point to leverage Entrepreneurship best practices

• Maintain current and relevant information on our Entrepreneurship webpage

• Identify ways to connect our entrepreneurs with other members / corporate resources etc. in order to support their growth

• Participate in the PWN Copenhagen Board meetings to share best practices across the Global Network

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with external partners, organizations, and members that align with the mission.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in program planning and management, ideally within a non-profit or volunteer-based organization.

• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for members.

Time Commitment: Approx. 5 hours per week
