We’re on the hunt for a UX Research Intern to join our mission to build trust in AI. In this role, you’ll help us validate insights from ongoing customer pilot projects and explore opportunities across new segments. You’ll work side by side with our experienced founding team to make a direct impact on our journey toward Product-Market Fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct user interviews with a range of customer segments to validate insights and hypotheses.

• Collaborate closely with the founding team—experts in product development and engineering—to refine user understanding.

• Dive deep into customer behavior and user needs, contributing directly to product decisions.

• Use principles from “The Mom Test” to uncover genuine user feedback.

• Optionally use Avido as a case company for your school project (we’d love that!).
