We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager with a strong background in the travel industry to own the client lifecycle—from onboarding and implementation to driving adoption and program success. This role is pivotal in helping our clients achieve their travel goals while adapting to an ever-evolving industry landscape.
Own the client journey: Manage the full process, from onboarding to implementation, adoption, and retention of client accounts.
Drive adoption and behavior change: Educate clients on optimizing their travel programs, including policy adherence, supplier usage, and cost-saving strategies.
Manage travel program operations: Oversee end-to-end travel programs, including preferred supplier agreements, policy management, expense processes, and travel-related escalations.
Negotiate supplier agreements: Work with travel partners to secure competitive rates and ensure clients get the best value.
Analyze and act on travel data: Provide insights to clients, helping them optimize their travel habits and achieve cost savings.
Foster client relationships: Regularly engage with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
Adapt and deliver: Navigate changing client needs and industry dynamics with a flexible, solutions-oriented approach.
Extensive travel industry knowledge: At least 5+ years of experience, with a deep understanding of business travel systems, supplier relationships, and program management.
End-to-end client management skills: Proven experience handling onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption strategies.
Strong communication skills: Ability to convey complex travel concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Independent and proactive mindset: Capable of working autonomously and taking ownership of client success.
Language proficiency: Fluent in Danish and English.
Office-based work: Must be available to work from our Copenhagen office.
