The Role:

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Growth Hacker / Digital Marketer to take our clients to the next level. Your mission? To craft and execute digital strategies that drive traffic, increase engagement, and scale ecommerce revenue.

What You’ll do:

Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to jewellery brands.
Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok).
Analyse performance data and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Drive SEO/SEM strategies for better visibility and higher conversions.
Test and scale innovative marketing tactics, from email automation to influencer collaborations.
Monitor trends in jewellery marketing to stay ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a growth marketer or in digital marketing (preferably in the luxury or jewellery industry).
Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
Creative mindset paired with an analytical approach to decision-making.
Passion for jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods is a big plus!
