The opportunity: 

We have many success stories from within the health tech ecosystem and we're looking for a creative Communications Manager to help us impact and inspire a wide audience. Do you want to capture and tell our good stories, and also challenges of bringing innovations to the people who need them? Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you! 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Written content: Write, edit, and publish engaging articles, press releases, news items, interviews, and thought leadership pieces in Danish and English. 

  • Social Media Management: Create captivating content for our LinkedIn, to grow engagement and reach key audiences. 

  • Video Production: Shoot, edit, and produce compelling video content showcasing success stories within the health tech space and highlighting our initiatives and impact in health tech. 

  • Website Management: Regularly update and maintain our website, ensuring it remains informative, fresh, and aligned with our strategic goals. 

  • Communications Materials: Develop and enhance presentations, newsletters, one-pagers, case catalogues and event material. 

 

About You: 

  • Proven experience in a communications or content creation role, ideally within health tech, startups, or innovation-driven environments. 

  • Outgoing personality with positive and energetic vibes, you can connect and communicate with everyone. 

  • Fluent in Danish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both. 


Needed skills to succeed in the role: 

  • Skilled in video creation, from planning and shooting to editing. Comfortable with basic video editing software and equipment. 

  • Demonstrated experience with social media strategy, particularly LinkedIn, and familiarity with content management systems. 

  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with creative execution to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility. 

  • Strong project management skills, comfortable working on multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and leading projects independently. 

  • Enthusiastic about health and technology, ready to champion our mission to make health tech accessible to all. 

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Skilled at working with cross-functional teams and external partners. 

  • Can create visually appealing presentations and infographics, making complex health tech topics accessible.

You will report to our Head of Communications and Events, and work across our teams to help all our stories be brought to light. This is a full-time position offering an 18-month contract, with the potential for extension based on future funding. Health Tech Hub Copenhagen (HTHC) is a non-profit, purpose-driven innovation hub, based in Copenhagen. We improve healthcare for patients and healthcare professionals through health tech. We work internationally with startups, healthcare providers, businesses, and governments to enable the development and adoption of health tech at scale. 

We are a passionate team of 14 tech entrepreneurs from 7 different nationalities, valuing diverse mindsets and backgrounds in an informal and positive environment.
