The Logistics Coordinator will support and optimize our global supply chain operations, assisting with managing multiple 3PL providers, international shipping, inventory planning, and freight coordination. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth and cost-effective deliveries, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
3PL & Warehouse Support
• Assist in managing relationships with 3PL providers across various regions, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support in monitoring 3PL performance related to order fulfillment, returns, and stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners to help maintain optimal inventory levels and efficient distribution processes.
International Shipping & Compliance
• Help coordinate international shipments, ensuring proper customs clearance and accurate documentation.
• Assist in optimizing shipping methods (air, sea, land) based on cost, speed, and reliability for each region.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and support documentation for import/export processes.
Inventory & Demand Planning
• Assist in forecasting inventory needs using historical data, market trends, and sales projections.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align stock levels with demand.
• Help with regular stock reconciliations and implement measures to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Freight & Cost Support
• Provide support in negotiating rates and contracts with freight carriers, balancing cost and service quality.
• Assist in monitoring freight expenses and identifying opportunities for savings without impacting delivery timelines.
• Help develop contingency plans for shipment delays or disruptions.
Daily Operations & Issue Resolution
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support in resolving logistics-related issues swiftly to minimize customer impact.
• Partner with customer support teams to address delivery inquiries and improve overall satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on international shipping and 3PL oversight.
• Understanding of global trade regulations and customs processes.
• Proficiency in supply chain tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
