Are you our new colleague? We are looking for our next Senior Account Executive, who will

be part of our ambitious and goal-driven sales team, for the Norwegian market. Do you

Hours: Full time

Location: Copenhagen (we are open to discuss hybrid/remote work)

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Bringing in new customers, as well as actively maintaining your customer portfolio.

  • Close collaboration with the team to achieve your own and your joint goals.

  • There will be a prospect list ready for you from the start. The process is daily outreach

    actions, either via mail, cold call, or message on Insta and LI.

Success in this role is measured by:

  • The number of meetings booked

  • The number of new clients acquired

  • Revenue added to the company


What we expect from you:

  • You are fluent in both writing, speaking and reading Norwegian.

  • You come with some experience in sales, preferably b2b customer meetings, and

    preferably with experience in outreach sales processes. You must have enough sales

    experience to feel confident in this role from the beginning.

  • It is a great advantage if you have previously sold marketing services to e-commerce

    businesses, fashion, retail, etc. Meaning customer contact in the marketing sphere.

platform, companies and influencers can connect, run campaigns together and do ambassador

collaboration. Companies buy a subscription to our platform and build their own team of

influencers.

What we offer

  • The base salary ranges between 25,000 and 30,000 DKK per month, depending on your

    sales targets (quota), with a highly attractive, uncapped bonus model. The complete

    compensation package will be discussed in detail during the hiring process. Currently, the

    average monthly salary, including bonuses, within our sales team is around 55,000 DKK.

    Our top performer earns +1,000,000 DKK annually, highlighting the substantial earning

    potential with the right effort and talent.

  • 5% company pension contribution, with optional personal contribution

  • Full-time health insurance with free treatment coverage during your employment.

  • Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner at our Blazar Capital office, with lunch and dinner served

    at Denmark’s best canteen in Parken.

  • You’ll be provided with a MacBook, iPhone, and headset, all of which can be used for

    personal use.
