About Health Tech Hub Copenhagen: 

Health Tech Hub Copenhagen is a non-profit organisation directly supporting around 38 digital health start ups with their internationalisation efforts. Indirectly, we support the entire Danish ecosystem with over 300 digital health start-ups. We focus on various aspects to build a solid health tech business, e.g. evidence, cybersecurity, business models, fundraising, regulatory clearance, and global market entry opportunities. Our north star is to make healthcare more sustainable, accessible, and affordable, while maintaining the highest possible care standards.  

 

About the role

Health Tech Hub Copenhagen is seeking a motivated and talented part-time student to join our member's team and focus on our core activities within scaling health tech solutions to the Danish and global markets, hosting a knowledge-sharing members community, and increasing investment in health tech. The working hours are expected to be between 15-20 hours a week.  

 The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our membership team to succeed in these activities. You can expect a broad variety of tasks, including mapping international stakeholders relevant to our members’ international scaling, identifying investment and scaling opportunities, and preparing and coordinating workshops and events, including practical setup and execution. You will also assist with strategic initiatives and delegations to/from Denmark, such as working with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassies, hospitals, insurance companies, municipalities and investors. 

 

The successful candidate is expected to work with the following: 


Responsibilities

  • Assist in mapping and scouting relevant partners for strategic partnerships in international markets, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, investors and industry associations. 

  • Assist in market analysis and opportunities for digital health companies in markets of interest. 

  • Support planning and executing knowledge and network events in collaboration with the broader team. 

  • Help us run our CRM and communication. 

  • Maintaining member catalogue and members' information input 

  • Help plan our yearly activities, book speakers and ensure member engagement. 

  • Continuously update investor presentations with the latest market data.  

  • Help build and maintain investor database. 

  • Help set up and prepare investor events.  

 

About you: 

  •  Enrolled in a master’s program or similar, with 1-2 years remaining until graduating. Less than one year will not be considered. 

  • Structured and meticulous. 

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with a keen interest in global market trends and investments. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.  

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills. 

 

A plus

  • Familiarity with the digital health industry. 

  • Familiarity with CRM 

  • Flair for design.
