THE ROLE

Are you someone who thrives on building something new and lasting? As our first dedicated Business Development Representative, you’ll be laying the groundwork for Fixate’s future by driving lead generation, creating new business relationships, and transforming leads into long-term partnerships. You won’t just be filling a role; you’ll be building Fixate’s business development framework from the ground up, helping us shape the company as we grow.


What Success Looks Like:

Targets: Your core metrics include at least 16 qualified meetings monthly, with a primary focus on signing one new client per month. Achieving these milestones will directly drive our growth.

Growth Path: You’ll begin with cold outreach, expand into inbound lead generation, and ultimately take on managing business development suppliers. As Fixate grows, so will your influence, with the potential to lead the entire business development operation.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute both inbound and outbound lead strategies that make a real impact.

  • Create and publish engaging content to boost brand awareness and generate inbound leads.

  • Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities across Denmark, Sweden, the UK, and The Netherlands.

  • Qualify prospects and set up high-value meetings to build potential partnerships.

  • Continuously refine our outreach strategy - always looking for ways to improve.

  • Train and manage external partners to amplify our outreach efforts.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • CRM Expertise: Experience in setting up and using CRM systems and processes will be a strong asset, ensuring we can scale outreach smoothly.

  • Natural Communicator: You’re a standout in both spoken and written communication, and your outreach messages make an impact.

  • Self-Motivated and Organised: You take ownership, prioritising and driving your activities independently.

  • Industry Background: Proven business development experience in a service industry would be a great fit.

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Swedish is essential. If you also speak Danish, or Dutch, even better.
