We’re an established consulting firm, collaborating with brands like Joe & The Juice, (di)vision, Heliot Emil, Olioli, Grød, and CeriX, helping them achieve growth through strategic marketing solutions. Now, we’re looking to extend our impact by launching a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) agency – and we’re searching for the perfect partner to co-found and lead this venture.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic, younger individual to partner with us in starting and running a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) agency. As co-owners, we will provide you with a robust foundation to ensure success from day one, including:

• Lead Pipeline & Templates: You’ll start with potential leads, pre-built templates, and resources to streamline client acquisition and project delivery.

• Support and Training: We will assist with training, operations, accounting, and all other aspects necessary to run a successful agency.

• Brand and Leads: Benefit from our established brand, cases, and continuous lead generation efforts.

  
  

Your Role:

You will be the driving force behind the agency, responsible for:

• Managing and operating the agency independently.

• Hiring and managing your own team.

• Developing and executing CRO strategies that boost clients’ conversion rates.

• Generating and nurturing leads with our support.

• Ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.

  
  

What We’re Hoping For:

• Experience with all or any of these platforms:

  Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, Unbouce, Optimizely, VWO, Convert or similar.

• CRO Experience: A background in conversion rate optimization and a results-oriented approach. We will also provide the resources to teach you this on a world-class level (honestly speaking).

• Leadership Skills: Experience in leadership roles, preferably within an agency setting (not mandatory, but a bonus).

• Design Expertise: You have built and/or designed landing pages, websites, mockups, wireframes, or similar. We also have designers who might assist you.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A drive to build and grow your own business.

• Adaptability and Learning: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
