As Enterprise Account Manager in Relesys you will work with some of the most amazing Enterprise brands that are in the same league as Matas Normal, Søstrene Grene, Ganni and more. The clients are expecting and deserving the best of the best when it comes to their employee engagement and we are known as the "Rolls Royce" solution that can bring them just that personalized app with an ambitious, inspiring, bold, authentic and value-based approach to our work, which also follows immense commercial uplifts and expansion opportunities on our client accounts.


As an Enterprise Account Manager your focus is on driving post-sales activities being responsible for renewals, upsell and revenue growth on our SME accounts. You will build a close and unique relationship with each of your clients, as we see the client relationship as a close partnership, where our passion for getting to know them as our own colleagues and business is a priority. Your key responsibilities:‍

As an Enterprise Account Manager, your role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Serve as our client's primary point of contact, building strong relationships and acting as a strong business partner in delivering strong ROI business cases
  • Take ownership of contract renewals, upselling and cross-selling and negotiate favorable terms for clients
  • Work across departments to develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to existing clients, highlighting the value of additional products or services
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers to understand clients' evolving needs
  • Collaborate with Professional services to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our product and services, identifying areas for improvement and expansion
  • Proactively identify opportunities by leveraging industry trends, market insights, and client feedback


Who are you?:

  • Proven experience as a Enterprise Account Manager or similar client-facing role selling a complex software product
  • Experience with post-sales activities, cross-selling, upselling and renewals
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple Enterprise client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and Client needs
  • Result-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools to effectively manage and track account activities
  • Experience or knowledge in the retail industry, including emerging trends, challenges, and stakeholder understanding, is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
  • Have professional proficiency in both spoken and written English 🇬🇧
  • It is an advantage if you also speak any of the Scandinavian/Nordic languages 🇩🇰🇸🇪🇳🇴🇫🇮
