Our platform integrates directly with business data and other sources, giving real-time insights into millions of data points. We use this to i) improve coverage for our customers, ii) provide proactive advisory services and iii) expand our service offerings far beyond traditional risk management.

Since launching in October 2023, we've onboarded over 500 Danish companies and industry associations, with 20-30 new monthly joiners.

The Position

You’ll join our core team in risk assessment, portfolio management and claims advisory. You will also be working closely with our developers and account managers to further develop our models and platform to strengthen our offerings. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting risk assessment using our proprietary platform, leveraging the newest technology, artificial intelligence and millions of data points

• Communicating with insurance carriers and strategic partners

• Managing customer portfolios and collaborating with our support team

• Working with our development department to support our offering (AI and data discovery, real-time notifications, benchmark database etc.)

• Solving complex problems and playing a lead role in developing our culture service offerings

• Playing a key role in transitioning Leaf from a scale-up to a market leader

Ideal Candidate

We welcome all applicants, but you’ll stand out if you:

• Have a degree in business, economics, law or related fields

• Bring 1-2 years of experience in roles like underwriting, analysis or claims handling

• Are proactive, structured and enjoy interdisciplinary work

• Communicate well with customers and strategic partners
