YOGO provides an innovative booking system for studios offering fitness, yoga, pilates, and other forms of group training. If you practise yoga in a studio in Denmark, you are probably using our product already!Â
Unlike many Sales organisations, you will not fight for yourself here. We collaborate, help, and learn from each other, and we each do our part to give our customers an excellent experience from the beginning. We are looking for someone with a competitive edge, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to take on responsibility for their own performance. You will be the first point of contact for our potential customers and be responsible for driving our pipeline in the DACH region. Your main task will be to ask the right set of questions to understand your prospectâs needs and help them realise how using YOGO will make their lives easier. The job and responsibilities will develop over time. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to learn, and there is a high likelihood of you growing into an AE role pretty fast.Â
You will support revenue growth in the German speaking market by:
Identifying potential customers that fit our target group based on existing target lists and your own online research
Designing your own outreach strategies and email content, improving both over time.
Building trust and generating new sales opportunities by reaching out to studios via phone, email, and potentially Instagram, using a Consultative Sales approach
Following up and keeping in touch with studios even if they arenât ready to switch, so you and YOGO are top of mind when the timing is right.
Maintaining accurate CRM data and using HubSpotâs powerful automation tools to increase your efficiency
Preparing customers well from the start, so that their decision making and onboarding process with us is one smooth experience for them.
Keeping track of your own performance -Â tracking how you get closer and closer to a goal should give you that extra push to achieve it đȘ

The idea of calling people and getting them interested to talk does not scare you. This is of great importance, as the role will involve a lot of cold calling.
A positive attitude, and a talent for asking the right questions and keeping the conversation going.Â
A willingness to take over responsibility for your performance and - especially if you have never worked in Sales before - to improve yourself continuously.
Prior experience in sales, content marketing, or customer-facing roles
CRM experience (we use Hubspot)
Good technical understanding and ease with new systems
Interest in the yoga, health, and fitness world.
Additional skills relevant to a start-up in which all wear many different hats.

Salary package with a base salary (20-25k DKK) and a non-capped performance-based bonus (expected on target earnings 28-34k DKK)
