We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to collaborate with our experienced team. In this role, you will play a key part in product development and help us achieve our ambitious goals. Success in this position requires a focus on delivering customer value and creating high-quality software.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with engineers and product owners to transform business needs into technical specifications and software solutions

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable components that prioritize functionality, performance, and reliability

• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality and follow best practices

• Troubleshoot software issues, debug, and implement effective fixes

• Drive continuous improvement of development processes, fostering innovation and efficiency

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance your skills

What you bring

• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering

• A strong proficiency in C# and .NET - It’s a plus if you have experience with COM-Add-ins / VSTO for Microsoft

• The ability and desire to own the development process of certain domains, from ideation through release to production

• An interest in understanding how your products and features are being used and a desire to optimize our product suite

• A DevOps mindset and experience bringing your code into production
