Development of Partnership Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to develop and implement a partnership strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and vision.
Identify Strategic Partners: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners, including technology providers, resellers, integrators, and industry-specific alliances.
Building and Nurturing Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to ensure mutual value and collaboration, while setting concrete goals and targets for each partner.
Drive Joint Go-To-Market Initiatives: Collaborate with partners on co-marketing, sales, and product development to create new business opportunities.
Partnership Activation: Ensure that partners are well-trained and equipped to effectively represent the company’s solutions through onboarding, training, and sales enablement resources.
Monitor and Report Partnership Performance: Track and analyze the results of partnership activities to ensure they meet expectations.
Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ partnerships, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Scaling Partnerships: Develop scalable processes and systems to effectively manage and grow multiple partnership relationships.
Budget Management: Manage the partnership budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently with a focus on ROI (Return on Investment).
Proven track record in partnership management or business development within the SaaS industry, ideally within Fashion tech.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and with external partners.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, sales teams, marketing teams, and product development teams.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding partnership performance targets.
