Embankment is a technology-first financial services company, delivering a unified and integrated software platform – combined with AI-enhanced services, that digitizes and automates core back-office operations for Europe’s private alternative fund managers. We are 25+ employees and growing rapidly across our main office in Copenhagen and smaller offices in Aarhus, Stockholm and Oslo.
We work on products that we deliver to internal and external customers through different applications that share the same core. The team currently consists of 3 full time senior engineers and 1 student engineer. In addition to engineers we are hiring a product manager, designer and more software engineers to complete the first cross-functional team. We collaborate day-to-day on Slack and using modern dev methodologies via Github. This is a full-time permanent role. You can work from our locations in either Aarhus or Copenhagen and we welcome a few days of remote work per week. Our base salary range starts at EUR 80.000 + pension and benefits.

This role is cross-functional and focuses on ensuring comprehensive product knowledge, supporting both internal teams and external users. Your primary responsibility is to work closely with teams to understand, communicate, and assist in delivering a great product experience.
Product Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the product to provide valuable insights and help guide internal teams and external customers.
Support Process: Take ownership of the product support process, from answering questions to resolving complex issues and reporting them back to product.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, service delivery, and design to assist in translating user needs into documentation and guides.
Stakeholder Management: Align with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met when it comes to using the product.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.
Problem-solving skills to address user concerns and questions and deliver practical next steps.
Able to advocate for the product and ensure a seamless user experience through effective support.
Proven track record of handling customer or product-related challenges with professionalism.
