To accelerate our expansion, Go Autonomous is actively seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to join the marketing team in Copenhagen. 


Your Team’s Mission

The mission of the marketing team is to fuel business growth by driving demand, supporting sales and customer success, and maximizing inbound marketing efforts. We create compelling campaigns that attract, engage, and nurture leads, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality prospects for the sales team. Through targeted content, data-driven strategies, and strong alignment with sales, we accelerate lead conversion and contribute directly to revenue.


Your impact 

The Demand Generation Specialist at Go Autonomous will own end-to-end campaign management, leveraging insights from analytics to drive data-driven decisions and optimize lead generation efforts, playing a pivotal role in scaling the company from series A to series B. This role focuses on identifying needs based on analytics from our website and campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You will collaborate closely with the HO Marketing and the rest of the commercial team (sales and customer success) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our campaigns.


As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies across inbound channels.

  • Own the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization.

  • Analyze website performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement (incl. landing page optimization).

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms including managing the related budgets.

  • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems for effective campaign execution and lead management in collaboration with sales, ensuring smooth lead handover and maintenance.

  • Build and execute on email marketing strategy, ensuring that we reach leads at the right point in time with the right content. 

  • Setting and adjusting KPIs for the scope of your role together with the HO Marketing.

  • Actively contribute to fostering a company culture based on trust, long-term growth, bold moves, talent diversity, responsible autonomy, transparency, and simplicity.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in relevant field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, marketing automation, and campaign management in a B2B startup, scaleup or agency.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably with experience with Hubspot.

  • Energetic and self-driven individual with a proactive approach, enthusiastic for challenges, and enjoys fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Solid verbal and written communication abilities (English).


It will be fantastic if you have:

  • Experience in demand generation for B2B enterprise SaaS. 

  • A mix of analytical abilities combined with a creative spark. 

  • Basic IT Knowledge: Familiarity with IT concepts like APIs, CRM, ERP systems, etc.
