What you'll do

We are growing fast and experiencing great demand from the German market. Therefore, we are looking for an account manager who can help us grow our presence in Germany. In this role, you'll be working closely with our founding team.

 

As an account manager, you'll:

  • Build a portfolio of long-term relations

  • Serve and help inbound leads

  • Help clients with designs, quotes and project-related activities

  • Build new outbound pipeline

  • Optimize sales pipeline and conversion rates

  • Improve sales and operational processes A-Z together with the team

 

What we're looking for

We are looking for a colleague with high energy, great willingness to learn, interest/experience in sales and a good sense for products and brands:

  • Interest and/or 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service

  • Structured and love to juggle multiple clients’ projects simultaneously

  • Care about the environment

  • Have a good sense of designs and products

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Brings a high positive energy to work

  • Wants to build an amazing team and great culture

 

This role will offer you:

A learning journey within sales. You’ll be working hands-on and in close collaboration with the co-founders. You’ll join a vibrant work environment with a flat hierarchy, which gives you a great opportunity to influence the environment, the business, and the decisions we make. Last but not least, this is an opportunity to increase your responsibility as we grow, taking greater ownership of accounts and the sales team.

We enjoy spending time together and would also like you to work from our office in Copenhagen K. However, you are, of course, welcome to work from home whenever needed.
