Boppin is ready to commercialize a new consumer social service centered around YouTube, with Google as a strategic partner.
We have developed a service we believe could be widely adopted globally and across different demographics. We are just now beginning to commercialize the product and bringing on a couple of co-founders to complement the pre-existing team.
When WhatsApp was acquired for $14B by Facebook their team was only 44 people. Our goal is to put together a lean team of experienced doers, whose greatest satisfaction comes from satisfying and overdelivering to our users. We believe our technology and product has the ability to positively impact hundreds of millions of people, and that we can have a ride of a lifetime in the process.
Boppin has a working product that has been built, tested and to a high degree validated in a private alpha. We are putting together a team of experienced operators to commercialize and bring it to market. Go to market starts almost immediately.
Together with the CEO and advisors you create the vision for the company and its team—all while beginning go to market and commercialization of our product. You are someone who complements a team of engineers and designers with strategy, processes and focus. You are an excellent communicator and someone who builds trust around you. You have the foresight to know which gaps in the team you need to bridge and at what time, and you morph your role over time. You can act as a product manager one moment, the next you work on strategic partnerships and answer to investors. You thrive in quantitative data.
You are an all-rounder who knows how to set and achieve company goals —one of your responsibilities is to work yourself out of a job so don't get overwhelmed with the following responsibilities:
Own our data and keep team accountable for hitting targets
Communicate with investors & build strategic partnerships
Create roadmaps & processes
Set agendas and hold team accountable
Participate in >key hiring<
The team that will lead our go to market consists of our CEO who's an experienced designer, a fullstack CTO, two frontend engineers, a backend engineer, a creative director, and two advisors. Our advisors have highly relevant experience in branding, partnerships and go to market.
