Aisel is an early-stage, pre-revenue health-tech startup utilising technology to transform mental health care. Our mission is to equip mental healthcare professionals with data-driven and time-saving tools to enhance treatment outcomes.
In practice, our AI platform enables psychiatrists to start assessment sessions informed. The Aisel AI takes over the initial background assessment based on psychiatric methodologies - and delivers a report directly to the psychiatrist - enabling an informed session start.

You'll play a pivotal role in advancing our data analytics, genAI, and preferably audio analysis, and sentiment analysis capabilities to meet both user needs and business objectives. Drive the continuous evaluation and adoption of new technologies and frameworks that can benefit our platform and users.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees.
Proven leadership experience in a technology role, ideally within the health tech or a related sector.
Expertise in full-stack development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend languages like Python or Java).
