Customer Success Agent – E-Mobility

At Nordic Charge, we are building the most agile and transparent e-mobility operations platform on the market. Founded in 2023, we are a fast-growing Danish startup simplifying everything for Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and their partners. From hardware and logistics to installation and system integration, we provide a comprehensive, unified platform that empowers businesses to seamlessly transition to a carbon-neutral transportation infrastructure. As we scale rapidly across the Nordics, we are looking for a Head of Operations to lead and build our technical support and operational backbone. This is a unique opportunity to shape the customer experience from the inside out and ensure every installed charger runs smoothly and every partner feels supported.
Customer & Partner Support: Take ownership of our technical support and operations — ensuring fast, reliable, and friendly responses to incoming requests from both customers and partners.
Platform Operations: Monitor and maintain our backend systems, integrations, and dashboards – ensuring the health and uptime of chargers and platforms across markets.
Ticket & Issue Management: Create structure around incident handling, troubleshooting, and resolution. Implement scalable support processes, SLAs, and escalation flows.
Operational Excellence: Design and implement efficient workflows for order handling, installation coordination, and post-installation support.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and external partners to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a small operations team over time, starting hands-on and growing into a leadership role as we scale.
Technical Mindset: You have hands-on experience working with technical support, operations, or system integrations preferably in energy, SaaS, hardware, or mobility.
Problem Solver: You’re structured and solution-oriented, with a natural drive to fix issues and improve systems.
Builder Mentality: You thrive in a startup environment and are excited to build something from the ground up.
Customer-Centric: You’re passionate about delivering excellent support and creating smooth operational processes.
Tools & Systems: Experience with CRM/ticket systems. Further familiarity with APIs, and remote monitoring tools is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English and Danish. Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
