We are an innovative fintech startup on a mission to democratize investment knowledge and tools through our AI-powered chatbot, learning platform, and interactive community. We blend novel technology with deep industry insights to empower investors of all levels. Our mission is to equip retail investors and investment learners with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the complexities of the financial world. One of our learning platform features is leveraging insights from various fields such as physics, biology, sociology, and more. This means enabling the user to acces mental models and knowledge across disciplines with the purpose of upgrading investment strategies, learning and action. Another aspect of the learning platform is facilitating that Generation Z and Generation Alpha engage with the financial ecostem through gamified and curated, dynamic and engaging education and learning content. We aim for synergy between our chatbot, learning & community features and dimensions.
We have achieved significant milestones, including our chatbot is live for internal test use and demo investor purpose both locally through Docker and in a cloud solution. We've built an AWS cloud setup with the following components: Backend: NestJS microservices on AWS Fargate. Frontend: Next.js on AWS Amplify. Message Broker: RabbitMQ on Amazon MQ. Database: MongoDB. API Gateway: AWS API Gateway. Our ML/AI is integrated both in the cloud and locally same as our RAG system. We've enriched our chatbot capabilities and carried out comprehensive API development. Our product designs are complete for some aspects and being further developed on other features, and we are conducting innovative R&D to transform investment knowledge. We've engaged in extensive user research, userbility testing, competitor analysis, product positioning and built a strong and motivated team, and established early industry partnerships.
We take on a demand driven approach to pre-Product-Market-Fit (pre-PMF) phase. We have investor meetings scheduled and are currently updating business and project management documentation in addition to integration of core product features.
As a Marketing Intern, your primary role will be to assist and deliver on executing commercial responsibilities under management supervision and direction. This include helping with the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), crafting the go-to-market strategy, marketing plan, building our social media presence, and supporting founder-led sales efforts. Naturally the founder will take the lead on all key business decisions and strategies, while you provide essential support to ensure execution and consistency.
Additionally, you will support the founder in sales and venture efforts, e.g. by assisting with the continous effort that ever evolving pitch decks require, and you will play a key role in driving website traffic, increasing conversion rates, and building a loyal user base.
A big part of this is pre-product market fit sales. You will learn both to understand this concept and how to take action on it. This means uncovering demand: Supply is our response to demand. Our product features takes an interesting angle on demand, and/or creates an fresh shape of supply. This is part of our edge. The task is to figure out what demand, i.e. user project we can fit our products into. It's not about convincing people they should be doing a particular project. We drive towards understanding the customer and users well in order to better understand their projects and goals (needs & wants). When we succeed at this our products, vision and mission become aligened with demand. Pushing, convincing, or persuading - are signals that we either don't understand demand or haven't nailed supply.
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) & Buyer Personas: Help develop and refine detailed customer profiles and personas to guide marketing strategy and outreach efforts.
Go-To-Market Strategy: Assist in crafting and executing our go-to-market strategy, targeting the right audiences at the right stages of our (pre)-product-market-fit journey.
Marketing Planning: Contribute to the overall marketing strategy, including campaign planning, branding initiatives, and content creation.
SEO & Conversion Optimization: Work on website optimization, improve SEO rankings, and help increase conversion rates by optimizing landing pages and calls to action.
Building a User Base: Support efforts to attract and engage users through both organic and paid marketing channels, focusing on growing an active user base for our platform.
Assist Founder Sales & Pitch Decks: Collaborate closely with the founder to create compelling sales materials, including pitch decks and presentations, and assist with sales outreach to potential customers and investors.
Branding: Contribute to defining and developing our brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual representation.
Pre-Product-Market Fit Support: Assist in gathering user feedback, consult our existing competitor analysis, and helping iterate on our value proposition to move closer to product-market fit.
Work closely with the SoMe responsible, who's doing the Social Media Strategy & Execution, i.e. developing and manage our social media channels, creating content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
new or old degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and go-to-market strategies.
Experience or strong interest in digital marketing strategies such as SEO, social media management, and conversion optimization.
Ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans that drive user engagement and brand awareness.
Familiarity with website analytics and tools for tracking conversion rates (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Interest in fintech, AI, startups, and the startup growth journey.

The job is unpaid and without equity for now, but when we get funded, you will have a chance to apply and negotiate for a paid position. You will need to sign an NDA.
We will make the contract for 3-6 months with a 14-day trial period. Hours a week will depend upon individual agreement, but there will be a lower limit, for you to be able to deliver the results needed.
