Marketing Coordinator

Salary DKK 30,000 - DKK 40,000 per month

Engineering the future of injury care.

We have built something that deserves to be known about. We need someone to go and make that happen.

Who we are

exo360 is a ten-person medtech company in Copenhagen. We build orthopaedic exoskeletons powered by oricor®, our proprietary metamaterial, which gets its properties from geometry rather than chemistry. oricor® enables our devices to hold limbs in place and still adapt as swelling goes up and down.

Our first product is exo360®rf, a wrist support for distal radius fractures. Wrist fractures are the most common fracture there is, roughly 20 million a year globally, and the standard treatment is still a plaster cast applied by hand. One in three of those patients ends up in surgery.

Behind RF we are building a portfolio of products on our oricor® platform: exo360®df for diabetic foot ulcers, currently in clinical development, and an early-stage SR track for search and rescue in military and disaster zones.

Five years of engineering. exo360®rf is now CE marked and launches in Europe this year. The hard build is behind us. Now it has to reach people.

The Role

You would be our first dedicated marketing hire, and our loudest advocate. There is no playbook waiting for you. There is a strong brand, a real product, a launch date, and a team who will give you every bit of technical detail you ask for.

  • Our voice. How exo360 sounds everywhere. Taking a technically dense product and making it land with clinicians, with patients, and with the people who sign purchase orders.

  • Channels and content. LinkedIn and Instagram end to end: plan it, make it, ship it. Email, newsletter, video and photography, pulling in the colleagues who know these tools well and have no time for them.

  • Out in the room. Conferences, trade fairs and clinical events across Europe from this autumn. Choosing the ones worth our time, getting us ready, and being there to catch what only comes out of those rooms.

  • Website and search. Fixing the SEO structure and making the site work as a commercial asset instead of a business card.

  • Brand and materials. Our visual expression across social and print, templates the rest of us can use without breaking anything, and material for investor conversations and hiring.

  • Measurement. Reporting so we can see what is working. We would rather know than guess.

Your profile

You have done digital marketing and content production in a B2B or professional setting, and you know your way around SEO, email marketing and channel analytics. You can make things look good yourself in Figma, Framer or Adobe. Writing for a regulated or technical industry is a real advantage, and a healthcare or medtech background counts for a lot.

The part that matters most is harder to put on a list:

  • You get people excited about things

  • You have a good event planning and coordination skills

  • You can stand at a trade stand talking to surgeons all day and come away with three ideas instead of a stack of business cards

  • You take a rough direction and turn it into work that ships without anyone checking on you

  • You make the rest of us care about our own story more than we did before you arrived

We are ten people who like each other and spend time together beyond work. Come as you are.

If you recognise yourself in most of this, apply. We are not expecting all of it.

Join our Journey

The first six months are funded through SMV:Vækstpilot, a scheme run by Erhvervshus Hovedstaden, and we are hiring with the intention of keeping you on afterwards. Two conditions come with it, set by the scheme rather than by us: you need to be registered as unemployed (ledig) when the job starts, and you need a completed vocational or higher education degree.

You would report into the management team and work from our Copenhagen office.

Salary: 30,000–40,000 DKK per month, depending on experience
