About the Role:
As a Key Account Manager/Sales Manager at WebrinQ, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, leading efforts to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in the transport and logistics industry. You will have the unique opportunity to build and nurture relationships with key clients, particularly within the last-mile and freight segments. Your expertise in the transport industry will be essential in understanding and addressing the specific needs of our clients, ensuring that WebrinQ remains their go-to partner for innovative logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers within the transport and logistics industry.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of our solutions across channels.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients that ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously adjust the sales strategy.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ongoing support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of customer solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager within the transport or logistics sector 2-4 years.
Strong understanding of last-mile delivery in both B2B and B2C contexts.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
