As a vital part of the IKONO marketing team, your mission as a Community Manager for our venue in Copenhagen is to become the driving force behind our brand’s online presence and customer engagement. You will harness your passion for social media and customer service to create exceptional experiences that resonate with our audience. Your role is to ensure that every interaction, from social media conversations to email exchanges, reflects our commitment to excellence and strengthens our community's connection to IKONO.
Enhanced Customer Relationships: You will manage and elevate our customer interactions, ensuring that each touchpoint across social media, email, reviews, and online platforms is positive, responsive, and aligned with our brand values.
Compelling Content Creation: Your creativity will shine as you collaborate on developing content for social media and advertising that not only engages but also inspires our audience, driving increased visibility and brand loyalty.
Successful Influencer Partnerships: You will play a key role in supporting influencer marketing campaigns, helping to forge authentic partnerships that expand our reach and influence in the digital space.
Optimized Digital Presence: By assisting in website updates and optimizations, you will contribute to maintaining a cutting-edge online platform that effectively communicates our brand’s mission and engages our audience.

Currently enrolled in Marketing or Communication studies with the capability to sign an educational agreement with the university.
Basic knowledge of the major social media platforms.
Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in Danish and English is required. Other European languages would be an advantage.
6-month internship, 30 hours per week onsite at IKONO Copenhagen with 2 remote Fridays per month.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-15:00 CEST
