Full-time Intern - Grants and Fundraising Internship

About Upteko:

Upteko was founded in 2018 with a vision to transform the maritime industry using innovative drone technology. We have successfully deployed our first drone system with maritime customers and secured funding to develop the next generation of automated and intelligent drone systems. The Role:

As a Grants and Fundraising Internship, you will work closely with our founders and contribute to the day-to-day financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include managing grant applications, handling fundraising tasks, writing applications, and analyzing the market for new grant opportunities that fit the strategies for Upteko. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the entrepreneurial world of a start-up and offer the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Assist management in grant applications and fundraising activities.

• Contribute and take the lead in grant writing.

• Analyzing the market for fundraising opportunities.

• Help with patent and other types of applications

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field.

• Strong numeracy skills with a solid understanding of business concepts.

• Able to quickly get an overview of the technical aspects of a business as well as the commercial. 

• Excellent organizational skills, able to maintain structure in daily work.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Preferably Danish too.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain a well-organized grasp of deadlines

Working Hours: Full-time internship (37 hours per week) 

Location: Offices in Odense, Copenhagen, and Skanderborg
