Now, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help us scale even further.


The Role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts. Reporting to our CMO, and collaborating closely with the rest of the  Marketing, Communication and Creative team, you'll be responsible for optimizing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, build, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other channels.

  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, Conversion Rate, and Impression Share to ensure campaign effectiveness.

  • Automation and Optimization: Use insights to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative elements to maximize campaign performance.

  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with our UX/UI and content teams to develop on-brand, effective marketing assets.

  • External partnerships: Work closely with our performance agencies and utilize their senior consultants knowhow and knowledge to supercharge performance.   

  • Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.


About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in digital (performance) marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Meta platforms, preferably in an agency, startup, or scale-up environment. This is not a senior role.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with performance marketing tools, Excel, and analytics platforms.

  • Curiosity and Initiative: A self-starter who loves diving into data, testing new ideas, and constantly learning.

  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.


Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with various tracking initiatives  

  • Speak Danish or have experience working in the Nordic markets

  • Have an understanding of complex user journeys across multiple touchpoints
