This job is in-person at our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The Job
As Technical Project Manager, you will be lead and be responsible for the successful deployment of our hardware at our customer sites, typically hospital wards and care homes. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end installation process, working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely rollouts.
The job will require domestic travel in Denmark, as well as in UK.
Responsibilities:
Oversee IT and estate onboarding, and conduct project management for installation at customer sites.
Coordinate, prepare and manage the setup of devices, ensuring all technical and logistical requirements are met.
Pack and prepare equipment for handymen to use at customer sites.
Manage external handymen to install devices, and educate them in how to present our system if residents, patients, staff or relatives are present during setup.
Collaborate with the hardware team to ensure supply readiness and on-time delivery of equipment.
Conduct customer site inspections to assess installation needs and ensure proper setup conditions.
Serve as the liaison between customers and engineering teams to resolve any technical challenges during deployment.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure project timelines and expectations are aligned.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have experience in:
Project management, especially in a technical or IT-focused environment.
Coordinating between multiple teams and managing complex deployments.
Hands-on experience with hardware installation and setup.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable steps.
(Optional) Experience in the healthcare or medical technology field would be a plus.
