Factorise Solutions is an innovative fintech startup on a mission to democratize investment knowledge and tools through our AI-powered chatbot, learning platform, and interactive community. We blend cutting-edge technology with deep industry insights to empower investors of all levels. As we scale our operations and prepare for significant investor engagements, we seek a talented Digital Presence Intern to enhance our online visibility and brand narrative.
An aspect of our learning platform is facilitating that Generation Z and Generation Alpha engage with the financial ecostem through gamified and curated, dynamic and engaging education and learning content. We aim for synergy between our chatbot, learning & community features and dimensions.
We have achieved significant milestones, including our chatbot is live for internal test use and demo investor purpose both locally through Docker and in a cloud solution. We've built an AWS cloud setup with the following components: Backend: NestJS microservices on AWS Fargate. Frontend: Next.js on AWS Amplify. Message Broker: RabbitMQ on Amazon MQ. Database: MongoDB. API Gateway: AWS API Gateway. Our ML/AI is integrated both in the cloud and locally same as our RAG system. We've enriched our chatbot capabilities and carried out comprehensive API development. Our product designs are complete for some aspects and being further developed on other features, and we are conducting innovative R&D to transform investment knowledge. We've engaged in extensive user research, userbility testing, competitor analysis, product positioning and built a strong and motivated team, and established early industry partnerships.
We have a demand driven approach to pre-Product-Market-Fit (pre-PMF) phase. We have investor meetings scheduled and are currently updating business and project management documentation in addition to integration of core product features.
As we are now ramping up our product development, pre-PMF sales efforts & market appearance and communication activities we need a cross channel SoMe content writer and brand builder/ambassador. This person will play a major part in building responsive followers and aligning vision, mission and purpose driven content creation with product features and market needs.
Company Presence:
Narrative Development: Develop a compelling narrative that highlights Factorise Solutions’ mission, vision, and unique value proposition. Use this narrative consistently across all communication channels, including the website.
Content Creation for Website: Create engaging and informative content for the company’s website, ensuring it reflects the latest developments and aligns with our brand voice.
Content Calendar: Develop and implement a content calendar for regular, high-quality posts on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Share insights on fintech trends, company updates, and thought leadership pieces.
Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, participating in discussions, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media and website performance using analytics tools, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Traction Reporting: Continuously document and communicate traction through a reporting system. Share updates on key milestones, user growth, partnerships, and other indicators of progress.
CEO Presence:
Personal Branding: Assist the CEO in crafting and maintaining a strong personal brand that aligns with the company’s goals. This includes creating and curating content that reflects the CEO’s thought leadership and industry insights.
Cross-Channel Strategy: Develop a strategic approach for the CEO’s presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful engagement.
Content Creation: Support the CEO in producing regular, high-quality content that resonates with their personal brand and engages their professional network.
Metrics and Goals: Establish and track specific metrics for both the CEO’s and the company’s digital presence, measuring success and identifying areas for improvement.
Business Support:
Slide Decks and Product Videos: Contribute to content creation of visually stimulating and interesting business support documents, such as slide decks and product videos. Ensure technical content is engaging and visually appealing.
Technical Contribution: Leverage UI/UX teams technical skills to enhance the visual and interactive elements of business presentations and promotional materials.
Strong Understanding of Social Media: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in creating and editing content with strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and develop strategic content plans.
Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven strategy development.
Self-Motivated and Organized: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Passion for Fintech: Interest in the fintech industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
Visual and Technical Skills: Experience with visual content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and basic video editing skills are a plus.
You can be a student, more experienced and in between projects, and/or wanting in on an exciting opportunity, while you are working your regular job.
It’s crucial that you have the mindset of a problem solver and are excited about contributin in a startup setting. You need to be able to work remote and independently between team collaborations.

The job is unpaid and without equity for now, but when we get funded, you will have a chance to apply and negotiate for a paid position. You will need to sign an NDA.
We will make the contract for 3-6 months with a 14-day trial period. Hours a week will depend upon individual agreement, but there will be a lower limit, for you to be able to deliver the results needed.
