We provide innovative umbrella services to hotels and major properties across Europe, partnering with world-class brands like Marriott, Hilton, Radisson, and Scandic. Our mission is to make Dripdrop a standard in hotels worldwide, and we need talented individuals to help us achieve this goal.

We’re redefining the “buy, use, throw away” culture with a sharing system that promotes high-quality, long-lasting products. With around 1,000 properties in Europe already on board, we’re making rainy days brighter for people and the planet, one umbrella at a time. Through our Rent One, Plant One initiative, we aim to plant 1,000,000 trees—and we’ve already planted over 400,000.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Founders: Partner closely with our founders in planning, executing, and driving strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with our mission to build a robust future for Dripdrop.

  • Operational Excellence: Dive deep into our internal processes, analyzing and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency across all departments.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to inform strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and support expansion efforts.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication between departments, ensuring that everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.

  • Hands-On Participation: Engage in both commercial and operational activities, with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and business development.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare impactful presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders, helping drive key business decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Strong Academic Background: A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a track record of academic excellence.

  • Consultant Mindset: Experience in management consulting or a commercial role within a startup or scale-up environment.

  • Analytical and Organized: Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

  • Proactive and Independent: A self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of taking initiative and driving projects forward independently.

  • Passion for Impact: A keen interest in technology, sustainability, and making a meaningful impact on the world.

  • Startup Savvy: Previous experience in a startup or dynamic business environment is a strong plus.

Practical Details:

  • In-Office Requirement: Presence in the office is required.

  • Travel: Must be able to travel abroad as needed.

  • Compensation: Salary is negotiable based on experience.
