We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient Marketing Team Lead to drive our marketing efforts at TrialSync. In this role, you will be the sole architect of our marketing strategy, working independently to execute B2B marketing campaigns, forge partnerships, and attract users to our platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors and possess the ability to manage all aspects of marketing without relying on additional team members.The job is a unique opportunity to independently lead our marketing efforts, make a meaningful impact on patient lives, and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing startup.
Independent Execution:
Operate as a one-person marketing team, handling all aspects of marketing from strategy to execution without the need for additional hires.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
B2B Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies targeting pharmaceutical companies and CROs.
Independently drive lead generation and build a robust pipeline of potential sponsors and investigators.
Establish and nurture partnerships with clinical research sites, emphasizing the value of TrialSync’s platform.
Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Report on marketing metrics, providing insights to the leadership team on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Content and Brand Development:
Develop compelling content that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and partnerships.
Create thought leadership content to position TrialSync as a leader in the clinical trial and health-tech space.
Platform Growth:
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing user acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with the product team to align marketing efforts with platform development and user experience enhancements.
Independently drive the growth of TrialSync’s user base through innovative marketing tactics and partnerships.
Participant Recruitment:
Lead marketing initiatives to attract and recruit participants to our platform.
Create and execute targeted campaigns to educate and engage patients about clinical trials and their benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical trial sectors.
Proven ability to work independently, with a track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical trial processes.
Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analytics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
