As an intern in our Account Management department, you will become an active part of our account management team. The internship period is a minimum of 3-6 months, depending on your studies. It is a perfect match if you're a student from, e.g., KEA, Copenhagen Business Academy, Århus Tech, Niels Brock, or another study with a final internship.
The internship aims to teach and develop your skillset in IT projects, sales, consulting, customer management, business development, and business strategy. For us, the internship is an opportunity to train new and ambitious people so they can either join full-time or part-time after completing their internship. Therefore, we're only interested in interns interested in a career in a software agency.
As an intern, you will work with the following:
Dialogue and networking with new and existing clients.
Prepare specifications of tasks concerning finding out how the specific project and solution creates value for the customer (we must create value).
Proposal (offer) preparation for the customers (including a presentation afterward).
IT project management (with existing customers, ongoing projects, and new projects).
Sales upsell sales strategies.
Business development and market analysis.
Much more.
At Twentyfour, we make a living from developing valuable digital solutions. We expect you to have the knowledge, or at least interest, in a couple of the following technologies, platforms, and topics:
Frameworks like Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, and PEST(EL).
Concepts behind project management, customer management & retention, and general business understanding.
Programming languages such as PHP, C#, Symphony, HTML, CSS, and .NET.
CMS systems such as WordPress, Umbraco, Magento, Drupal, and Sitecore.
Finance systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AX, C5, Business Central, e-conomic, and Dinero.
We don't expect you to be a programmer, economist, or expert in coding, but:
It is important that you have an interest in digital and business optimization.
You must have a structured approach to your work.
You must be willing to learn to prioritize tasks and manage your schedule along with the workload.
We will teach you how the various systems, frameworks, and technologies can help our customers.
