As a Sales and Office Assistant at Opeepl, you will be responsible for handling a range of administrative tasks and responsibilities within primarily the commercial team.
Your tasks will include quotation and order handling, vendor creation for new clients, supplier portal management and general support to commercial team. You will also be in charge of updating and reporting various commercial KPI's and statistics internally and with the company's shareholders. In addition to sales related tasks there will also be general administrative tasks supporting the CEO in the daily operation of the company.
You will join and be an integral part of the commercial team ensuring an efficient and accurate task handling working with both colleagues and clients. The Sales and Office Assistant will report to the company's CEO.
You have min. 3 years experience in handling administrative assignments and have a great overview ensuring timely execution of your tasks. You are fluently in English both verbally and in writing. Being in daily contact with both colleagues and clients, you are a good communicator and thrives being in dialogue with people from all over the world.
You are detail oriented and organised by heart and are motivated by completing your tasks in a proper and timely manner. You can juggle numerous taks simultaneously and are willing to learn and develop your skills.
As a person you are open, responsible and thorough. You like an informal and young environment but can also be focused when needed. You have a positive attitude and get a kick out off helping others.
