Join our dynamic team in Copenhagen, located in the heart of the city at Matrikel1 on Gammel Strand. We are a growing team of 8 full-time employees and 7 part-time Outbound Marketing professionals, working in a modern, vibrant office space.

We at CEMAsys Denmark are seeking 2-3 dedicated students to join our Outbound Marketing (OM) team in the Copenhagen office from September 2024 (flexible). The OM campaigns carried out by this team are a key component of our international sales strategy, which also includes Inbound Marketing (IM).  

This is a part-time position designed to complement your studies, and we are specifically looking for candidates fluent in either Danish or English to focus on the Danish or North American markets respectively. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Meeting Bookings: your main objective within this position will be to schedule meetings for our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) consultants and closers, 

• Market research: you will find your own prospects as part of various OM campaigns using a sales pipeline building tool, 

• Target Group Outreach: you will execute outbound marketing strategies to promote new and exciting products and services, 

• Result tracking: use CRM tools to track your work, report to your Team Lead and share best practices and lessons learned with the team weekly. 

Who We’re Looking For 

We are seeking candidates who: 

• Possess strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, in either English or Danish. Fluency in another language is not necessary but highly appreciated as we are expanding towards other markets, 

• Are proactive, structured, efficient and capable of generating their own tasks, 

• Sustainability-enthusiast and/or tech-savvy. Experience in either of those fields is not a must but highly appreciated, 

• Are outgoing, with the ability to work well both individually and as part of a team of six students, and are ready to engage with other OM specialist across Scandinavian offices.
