Community Manager

About Us: PWN Copenhagen is a dynamic network dedicated to fostering professional development and creating a vibrant community. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Community Manager to join our team. This voluntary position is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our member engagement and communication.

Role Overview: The Community Manager will be responsible for managing member communication, maintaining membership data, and providing insights for event development. This role involves regular interaction with members, ensuring they are informed, welcomed, and encouraged to renew their memberships. The Community Manager will work closely with the VP Memberships and other team members to support the overall strategic goals of PWN Copenhagen. Additionally, the Community Manager will be a part of the PWN Copenhagen Board.


Key Responsibilities:

 Tasks:

  • Member Understanding:

    • Develop a deeper understanding of members' needs and preferences.

    • Make recommendations for activities and events based on member insights.

  • Email Management:

    • Check the members' email.

    • Answer or redirect queries as necessary.

  • Membership Data Collection:

    • New Member Check-In and assistance in events. 

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the VP of Memberships and provide insights to the team for the development of relevant events and with the events manager to increase memberships. 


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience in community management or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficiency in using email, spreadsheets, and membership management systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong will to make an impact and enhance member engagement.
