Multiscription is a small Danish/Swedish startup based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and we are behind Unleashd. We are looking for a Student Game Monetization Designer to help our game developer and publisher partners offer the best benefits for the subscribers.

The Role

As a Student Game Monetization Designer, you will be working closely with the CEO and the partnerships team in advising companies integrating Unleashd on how to best satisfy the needs of players/subscribers. You will be playing and reviewing games almost daily and creating clear, written recommendations for game developers and publishers on which in-game benefits to offer as part of the subscription and how they best interact with any other monetization methods in the game. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in game design and monetization, with plenty of on-the-job training and mentorship to help you grow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing the company with relevant insight into monetization best practices, scenarios, and business cases

• Support in creating Monetization Strategy for Unleashd subscription service and defining best practices

• Collaborate with our cross-discipline production teams to ensure that Unleashd technology supports the desired monetization practices

• Assist in working with partners and Multiscription Partnerships Managers on how to best integrate Unleashd into their games, creating specific and clear recommendations for each game

• Support in identifying and optimizing monetization improvements with our publishing partners

• Ensure that relevant documentation is kept up to date

• Keep up to date with the latest trends in game and monetization design

  
  

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Game Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Basic understanding of game mechanics and monetization strategies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Passion for gaming and a keen interest in the business side of the industry

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment

Onsite / Remote: At Multiscription, we thrive on innovation and creativity by being together in the office. Our team prefers the on-site environment, with the possibility to occasionally work remotely if needed and beneficial to the project..

Part-time: Work 2-3 days a week, approximately 10-15 hours in total.

Salary: 130 dkk per hour
