Plug is an early-stage startup that in its simplest form enables paid social advertisers to grow their business without a hassle. For starters, we’ve launched the industry’s simplest solution enabling product-level videos in catalogs of any size with outstanding results from our first customers. We, for example, work with AI-generated avatars to take product-level advertising to the next level in personalisation.
Now, we're hiring Creative Operations Specialists to contribute to our company and the industry's future.
We hire an ambitious talent to develop and work on Plug’s creative processes and customer deliverables. You will work closely with the company founders, our customers, and a network of external stakeholders to consistently deliver high-quality results hands-on and continuously develop our ways of working.
Your responsibilities
Communicating and working closely with customers and internal team in a structured format to scope and define customer deliverables
Planning and delivering the agreed customer deliverables end-to-end according to the specifications, incl. preparing scripts and video editing in the Reels/ads format
Continuously analysing and developing the creative process and performance results for further scalability and quality closely with the stakeholders, incl. testing and introducing new tools and creative types to the creative process
Onboarding new clients to Plug’s ways of working
Supporting with Plug’s marketing and communications content
Helping us build Plug the workplace where all of us can thrive and do the best possible job
What we are looking for
You have demonstrated experience in getting things done despite the odds being against you
You have a systematic and result-driven approach to problem-solving and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty to deliver high-quality results
You have a great eye for detail and design. This is not a pixel-perfect video editor job but you need to be fluent with Reels/TikTok style editing.
You have strong verbal, written and visual communication skills in English. Other languages are considered a plus.
You enjoy working with a diverse bunch of people. In this position, you get to work at least with customers, freelancers, sales, and product representatives from all around the world, not to forget the other people at Plug with unique backgrounds.
Alongside teamwork, you’re proactive in getting things done independently while getting support from your colleagues as needed.
You are interested in new technologies, especially in the areas of creativity, content creation and marketing.

Application
A casual intro call with one of the founders to know each other better (≤30min]
On-site interview and a role-related case assignment (≤3h): We start the session with a ~1h interview after which we take a break. With the selected candidates, we continue with a case that resembles the work you would do in the role. You’ll take ~1 hour to do the work and ~1 hour to present and discuss the results and your approach.
Case-by-case specific follow-up and agreeing on the offer
