BeWo (Better World) has developed an AI-driven platform that helps companies with ESG-reporting which is unavoidable for almost all companies. Either it is required by their own customers or by EU law. Starting from 2024, the EU mandates that over 50.000 companies must report on ESG.

Many companies find that the ‘E’ in ESG is difficult to rapport on, especially Scope 3 as it involves unstructured data from all the company’s suppliers. Our mission is to automate this process thus freeing up time for the companies to focus on reducing their emissions instead of spending all their time reporting.

Our AI-driven CO2-Engine works directly with data from Microsoft D365 Business Central or D365 Finance.

BeWo is backed by former executives at Microsoft and has investors behind us from one of the few startups that has made it all the way to Unicorn status.

About the job

We are seeking an awesome and proactive dynamics 365 developer who is passionate about making a difference with their work.

You will be spearheading our integration development with the D365 suite

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance: x++ App

In the job, you will be part of our skilled, close-working, and passionate product development team.

In this role, you will:

• Develop our Business Central, D365 Finance, and Power Platform Apps

• Integrate with our Backend

• Develop robust and maintainable code.

• Optimize workflows, integrate to 3rd party systems, and work with web technologies.

• Propose and design new features in collaboration with our CTO (Jacob) and the rest of the product team.

Your profile

You are proactive and happy to take on the responsibility for your tasks. Ideally you have a few years of experience. You approach problems with a can-do attitude and have both the confidence and the expectation to work autonomously. In problem-solving, you are happy to collaborate with your colleagues and are an overall team player, trying your best to propose solutions to the problems rather than just stating what is wrong.

We are looking for a candidate interested in joining a small team, with room to learn, grow and be part of shaping the product from an early stage.

We expect you to:

• Have 1-3 years of experience in your field.

• Worked with Dynamics 365 ERP development (AX, Navision, Business Central, F&O)

• Be curious and eager to learn.

• Be a strong team-player that values knowledge-sharing (our team of students are eager to learn from you!).

• Be fluent in English and optionally Danish.

• The position is hybrid (work-from-home is just fine, but we would like to connect in our office in Copenhagen)

• Have a good sense of humor.
