Position: Pattern Maker / Technical Pattern Designer
Location: Copenhagen
Hours: 30-37 hours per week
We are a small sewing pattern startup based in the heart of Copenhagen, dedicated to inspiring and empowering the sewing community with modern designs. Our mission is to empower people, regardless of their sewing level, to create their own garments. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented team member eager to contribute to our designs.
Develop new designs for upcoming patterns in collaboration with us
Create pattern designs in the CLO 3D software
Grade pattern in sizes XXS-XXL (in the future, we are going to expand the size range)
Sew prototypes
Fit samples on models
Finalize pattern files in Illustrator
Create instruction manuals for each design to help the sewer from start to finish, including detailed illustrations
Sew the final samples for use in photoshoots
You are passionate about fashion, and especially interested in pattern design and pattern construction
You have a degree in fashion design or pattern-making
You excel at sewing
You are comfortable using CLO 3D software program for pattern construction
You can create detailed illustrations in Adobe Illustrator
You have an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all your designs and written instructional material
You have a can-do attitude and that you can come up with solutions to design challenges
You bring fresh ideas to the table and are excited about experimenting with new ways of doing things
You enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment
We speak Danish, but if you don't that's not a problem
