Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and energetic Content and Communication Creator to manage our company's LinkedIn page (and make it), the LinkedIn profiles of our Founders, and our Instagram account. The ideal candidate is a true Gen Z spirit hire, brimming with creativity and a keen understanding of social media trends. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that drives engagement, educates our audience, and supports our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. LinkedIn Management:

   1. Develop and manage the content calendar for our company's LinkedIn page.

   2. Create and curate content that showcases our company culture, values, and achievements.

   3. Manage and grow the LinkedIn profiles of our Founders, ensuring their personal brands align with the company's mission.

   4. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a professional network.

2. Instagram Management:

   1. Create an engaging and visually appealing Instagram account focused on mental health awareness and education.

   2. Develop and execute a content strategy that includes a mix of educational posts, lifestyle insights, and engaging visuals.

   3. Use Instagram Stories, Reels, and IGTV to create dynamic content that resonates with our audience.

   4. Build and nurture an online community by interacting with followers and participating in relevant conversations.

3. Content Creation for LinkedIn and Instagram:

   1. Produce high-quality, original content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.

   2. Write insightful and thought-provoking posts that provide value to our audience.

   3. Utilize graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements to enhance content engagement.

   4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mental health and social media to ensure our content is relevant and impactful.

4. Sales and Marketing Support:

   1. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create content that supports our sales initiatives.

   2. Use social media analytics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.

   3. Identify and leverage opportunities to drive traffic and conversions through social media content.

      
      

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio of social media content.

• Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram platforms, including best practices and emerging trends.

• Writing and storytelling skills, with a knack for creating engaging and educational content.

• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Passion for mental health awareness and education.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
