We are looking for a full-cycle Sales Representative to join our sales team with two experienced coaches in Dublin, Ireland. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline to close.

Our integrated home care platform helps care companies operate more efficiently and provide a higher quality care experience. This allows people to stay in their home for longer, maintaining their independence and dignity while receiving care.

During the next 12 months, we are looking to grow our market share in our main market, the UK. 


What is this role like?

As our new Sales Rep, you will be pivotal in driving our business forward. Your main objective will be identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline to close. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that Nursebuddy’s sales goals are met.

In this role, your responsibility is to build rapport with potential customers, identify their pain points, and find ways for them to maximise the potential of our easy-to-use platform.

You have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. You are a self-motivated individual with a passion for customer success. 


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities

  • Contact and qualify potential customers

  • Set appointments and follow up on leads

  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets

  • Use Hubspot (CRM) to manage leads and sales activities

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management

  • Negotiate pricing by addressing customer concerns and handling objections

  • Maintain a high closing-ratio

  • Positively contribute toward the company culture

Requirement and skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales

  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility and adaptability to change – being coachable

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Time management and organisational skills

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • If you have experience in systematically training to be a top performer in something, whether in sports, music, academics, or any other field, that is considered a positive 


About the process

Our goal is to have ideally two people starting on Tuesday, August 6th, at 9:00 AM at Nursebuddy office on Leeson Street. However, we prioritise the right people over the timeline.

Successful candidates will ideally go through 4-5 interviews, including a face-to-face meeting at the end of the process.

You will join a sales team that consists of a Senior Sales Executive and a Head of Sales, supported by a fractional CRO, in addition to another new sales representative about to be hired.

You will work closely with our customer success team and marketing. Our sales function is like a bridge between these teams, giving you the best of both worlds.
