About Us

At Teton, we are redefining the role of healthcare workers through cutting-edge AI technology. Facing a global nursing shortage, our solutions offer vital support to overburdened health systems. With over 800 patient rooms across 3 countries already benefiting from our technology, we are aiming to expand our reach to 2000 monitored rooms within the year. We distinguish ourselves by focusing relentlessly on product excellence and user experience, rapidly deploying solutions that make a real difference.

At this stage of our company we require a physical presence in our office in Copenhagen, Denmark. We believe this enables the fastest and most efficient iteration cycles to build an impactful product that users love to use.

The Job

  • Performance Optimization: Continuously improve the performance and responsiveness of our mobile app, ensuring it can handle the demanding environment of healthcare settings.

  • Feedback Integration: Actively gather and incorporate feedback from end-users to refine and enhance the app, making sure it truly serves their needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including product managers, AI specialists, and backend engineers, to deliver cohesive and comprehensive solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop features and maintain core functionality of the product.

  • Improving the reliability and performance of core functionality.

  • Creating CI/CD pipelines and testing infrastructure for our mobile app.

  • Speed up deployments cycles.

  • Creating metrics to understand reliability and usage in production and incorporate learnings into the product.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience with React Native development for iOS and Android.

  • Familiarity with state management in mobile applications (e.g. Redux).

  • A keen eye for UX/UI and ability to work with users and designers.

  • Know your way around (push) notifications and sensors on mobile.

What We Offer

  • Participation in our warrant program (stock options).
