Parently (www.parently.se) is a cutting-edge startup offering a subscription service for new and refurbished children's equipment, including strollers, car seats, bicycles, bicycle trailers, and spring cradles. Our mission is to provide parents with premium quality products, flexibility, convenience, and a sustainable solution for their children's needs. Having established a strong presence in Sweden, we are now ready to expand to Denmark.

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial co-founder/country manager to lead this expansion. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to establish and run Parently Denmark, backed by our proven business model, tools, and resources.

Role and Responsibilities

• Launch and establish Parently in the Danish market.

• Set up and manage a localized website.

• Implement and optimize marketing strategies on channels like Instagram or Google Ads.

• Establish and oversee lean logistics and refurbishment processes, including setting up a warehouse.

• Drive customer acquisition and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

• Recruit, manage, and grow a local team.

• Collaborate closely with the Swedish founding team for strategic planning, operational support, and joint meetings.

Requirements

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building and growing a business.

• Demonstrated success in building new business fields, starting new ventures, or opening new offices in different countries.

• Hands-on approach with a high level of grit, endurance, and determination.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, collaborative team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in Danish and English.

• Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, e-commerce, and digital marketing channels.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, manage, and motivate a team.

• Passion for sustainability and delivering high-quality service to customers.

• A degree with excellent academic performance from a top-tier university is a significant advantage.

Compensation

• This role is unpaid with no salary but offers substantial equity in the Danish company.

• Financial support will be provided to facilitate the market entry in Denmark.
