At GamerPay, our mission is to revolutionize the gaming and collectible marketplace. We’re creating a global, secure platform that allows anyone to buy, sell, or invest in collector cards and gaming skins. With over 400,000 gamers and traders onboard and more than 750,000 trades facilitated, we’re already well into our journey. Our mission is backed by visionary investors and supporters like Michael Seibel (co-founder of Twitch), Frederik Byskov (co-founder of Astralis), and Heini Zachariassen (co-founder of Vivino). In 2021, we were part of Y-Combinator and successfully raised a Seed round.

The Opportunity

We’re excited to expand into physical collectibles, starting with Pokémon. If you’re passionate about Pokémon and dream of blending your hobby with your career, this is the perfect opportunity for you! We’re seeking a versatile, driven individual to join our team to work alongside the founding team creating the initial flywheel on demand and supply for Pokémon collectibles. This hands-on role offers a chance to significantly impact our direction, ideal for a proactive, go-getter personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Building: Drive demand by connecting with communities and influencers.

• Outreach Management: Create structured and organized initiatives for practical outreach. Be the master of overview:)

• Supply Building: Work 1:1 with prospective sellers and shops to join our platform.

• Creative Solutions: Ideate and execute on new ways to find buyers and sellers. Move ideas to execution

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for Pokémon Cards: You live and breathe Pokémon and trading cards. Maybe you are into other TCGs but you need some soft spot for Pokemon cards

• Creativity: A creative thinker who can come up with innovative solutions.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Thrive when faced with complex tasks and can create order from chaos.

• Result Orientation: You know when to go all in and get things done.

• Extraordinary Achievements: Unique accomplishments outside of work e.g. Elite athlete, scored straight A's, hitched Hiked from Denmark to China... show that you have something in you thats extraordinary:)
