Role:

You will work closely with the existing team to drive community engagement, develop innovative content strategies, and expand our reach. Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate to define and refine the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, engagement, and revenue.

2. Community Building:

• Foster a vibrant and inclusive community where members feel supported and inspired.

• Develop and execute initiatives to increase community engagement, member retention, and participation.

3. Content Development:

• Oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant content that resonates with our target audience.

• Innovate and expand content offerings, including blogs, webinars, courses, and interactive events.

4. Partnerships and Outreach:

• Identify and build strategic partnerships with influencers, organizations, and brands that align with our mission.

• Represent WriteYourTruth.dk at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

5. Marketing and Growth:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new members.

• Utilize social media, SEO, content marketing, and other channels to drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within a startup or entrepreneurial environment. Experience in community management, content creation, or digital marketing is highly desirable.

• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
