As a member of our Customer Success team in Copenhagen, you will work closely with new and existing customers, primarily from the fashion industry. Your main responsibilities will include onboarding users and providing customer care on the Delogue PLM platform, ensuring our customers utilize the system optimally to meet their business objectives. This role requires a solid understanding of the work processes in fashion or lifestyle product development. While most customer interactions are virtual, onsite training and visits to customer locations are also part of the job.
Above average IT skills and eager to continuously learn about the Delogue PLM
With experience in the Fashion or Lifestyle industry processes
Strong communication skills in onboarding new customers and handling Customer Care
Exhibiting patience and humility with the ability to guide customers effectively to success
Project management experience in driving internal and external projects
A structured approach to work diligently and follow up on ongoing processes

Ensuring Customer Success throughout the engagement life cycle ensuring they effectively utilize Delogue PLM
Leading customer workshops with preparation, process understanding, configuration of existing IT systems, and customer training
Educating clients about new features and potentially demonstrating these
Conducting service checks with existing customers and addressing their needs
Setup new processes and structures to work more effectively
Daily customer care understanding and resolving any issues our customers might have
3+ years of experience in design or buying roles within the Fashion/Apparel industry
Fluent in German, both spoken and written
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Experience with Delogue PLM
Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages
Expected travel: 10-15 days per year
Main office is located in Østerbro, Copenhagen
Expected starting date: As soon as the right candidate is found
