We are looking for our new amazing Office Hero for our office in Parken Copenhagen! A dedicated and attentive co-worker, with an anti-clutter and pro-smiles attitude is the ideal candidate for this position. As well as someone who is either Danish or English speaking, and able to work up to 30 hours per week.
Check the iPad at the entrance and make sure it's unlocked
Use the trays to collect mugs, glasses, and pants (cans/bottles) from the desks around the office
Empty the waste bins in the offices
Disinfect the tables and meeting room surfaces
Toilets: make sure that there are enough hand-paper tissues and toilet paper. Empty the trash cans, refill soap, hand-lotion & sanitary pads. Additionally, the toilets should be cleaned daily
Espresso machine: clean & fill with water & coffee
Fill up the soda fridge
Run the dishwasher with dirty cups/plates and place them back
Empty trash bins and take them out
Check and refill kitchens supply
Dust the surfaces
Check the mail
Ordering of food/drinks for kitchen + ordering for bathrooms and the rest of the office supply
Check around the office if there are any things that need to be cleaned/tidied up, etc.
Prepare for meetings / clean after meetings
Be in contact with Parken
Vacuum the floor
Maintenance/Deep cleaning of coffee machine
Bathrooms & kitchen floor
Water the plants when needed
⏰ Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 07:00-13:00
